Biography
Mr Ismaël Alhassane Ahmed Doudou is a senior tax official at the Direction Générale des Impôts of Niger, where he serves as Head of the International Tax Cooperation Division. With extensive experience in tax audit, international Taxation, and dispute resolution, he plays a strategic role in managing tax treaties, multilateral obligations, and international cooperation. His career progression across audit, assessment, large taxpayer administration, and international cooperation has given him a comprehensive understanding of tax administration and cross-border fiscal issues. Ismaël has a strong combined foundation in legal and financial expertise, supported by three advanced academic qualifications: a Master’s degree in Business Law, a Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit, and a Bachelor’s degree in Taxation and Land Administration.
