Officials from the Seychelles Revenue Commission, Ministry of Finance, Office of the Attorney General, Financial Services Authority, and the Office of the Registrar of Seychelles participated in a specialised workshop on Transfer Pricing principles and policy considerations relating to the Global Minimum Tax.

Facilitated by ATAF, the workshop provided a platform for participants to deepen their understanding of key international tax developments and their implications for domestic revenue mobilisation and tax administration.

Led by ATAF Head of International & Cross Border Taxation, Mr Antony Munanda, and Transfer Pricing Specialist, Ms Mercy Mbithi, the programme explored a range of technical issues, including transfer pricing methodologies, audit techniques, and the evolving Global Minimum Tax framework.

The workshop formed part of the growing collaboration between ATAF and Seychelles aimed at strengthening technical expertise, enhancing policy readiness, and supporting effective international tax administration.

By bringing together officials from key institutions involved in tax policy, administration, regulation, and legal oversight, the engagement promoted a coordinated approach to addressing international tax challenges and preparing for emerging developments in the global tax environment.
